Rage Against Simon Cowell
Simon Cowell is the undisputed King of popular entertainment hype.
The epic press machine of X-Factor means the winner simply has to fart to reach number one.
And normally those farts smell… really bad… like a week old corpse’s first fart since death.
Well luckily this year, a Facebook-led public uprising to mass buy Rage Against the Machine’s Killing in the Name has given Cowell a taste of his own medicine and prevented Joe McElderry from the much-coverted xmas no.1 slot (at time of writing).
I’ve bought the Rage song, and you can too.
Details of where and how are here.
Found an awesome video too:
Introducing: TubeRadio (Spotify with video)
TubeRadio.fm is like Spotify which uses YouTube as its music database.
That means you get access to all the uploaded music videos from YouTube.
You can make music video playlists and you don’t need to download any software.
However, as its uses YouTube, there’s a lot of music videos that aren’t the official ones and are just slideshows or fan videos.
Still well worth a look though…
Inspiring Words Animated by Southpark
This is one of my absolute favourite videos on the Internet.
It’s the Zen philosophy words of Alan Watts, animated by Matt Stone and Trey Parker (the makers of Southpark).
Enjoy.
Genuine Upside Down House (4 cool photos)
An installation of an upside down house in Trassenheide Germany was opened to the public two weeks ago and was designed by Polish partners Klaudiusz Golos and Sebastion Mikuciuk for the Edutainment exhibition company. (good luck using the toilet).

Charlie Brooker Kills Jan Moir
Charlie Brooker Kills Jan Moir… (in literary form).
First, read this disgusting article from Jan Moir in the Daily Mail that was published on the eve of Stephen Gately’s funeral.
Now, read this, Charlie Brooker’s storming article that runs Jan Moir into the ground. It is brilliant.
With the help of twits from Stephen Fry- “I gather a repulsive nobody writing in a paper no one of any decency would be seen dead with has written something loathsome and inhumane.”
And Derren Brown- “No use just being cross. Complain where it matters. She breaches 1,3,5 & 12 of the code…”
the Daily Mail has earned an official police complaint, over 1000 complaints to the Press Complaints Commission (PCC) and humiliation as their advertisers (M&S and Nestle) ordered the removal of their adverts from the article’s webpage.
The outcome… will be heavily scruitinised given the PCC is run by the media themselves (self-regulatory) and the chairman is Paul Dacre, the editor of the Daily Mail.
